The School of Religion at Belmont University is seeking
applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of
Assistant Professor beginning Fall 2013.
Job responsibilities include teaching general education religion classes in areas related to biblical studies, theology, and hermeneutics. Successful applicants should have academic preparation in at least one of these areas. Additional responsibilities include academic advising, student mentoring, scholarly activity, and college and university service. Ph.D. or progress toward a terminal degree is required; teaching experience strongly preferred.
