David Ceri Jones is a publishing machine! Take a look at his latest co-edited book with David Bebbington, Evangelicalism and Fundamentalism in the United Kingdom During the Twentieth Century (Oxford, 2013). This looks like an interesting volume, with essays that examine how closely related British Fundamentalism was to its counterpart in America during the 20th century. At $150 retail, I may have to take out a loan to purchase the book :)
