I enjoy reading Tommy Kidd's posts at the Anxious Bench blog. This is probably due to the fact that Tommy and I have similar research interests in colonial American religious history.
In his post "The Puritans as Masters of Reform," he reviews David Hall's A Reforming People (another book on my shelf that I have yet to read), tying his comments to the recent woes in our nation's government shutdown.
