For those of you in the Chattanooga area at the end of October, Kate Bowler of Duke Divinity School is scheduled to speak at the Camp House on Tuesday, October 28 at 7:30pm. Bowler is speaking on "The Death and Afterlife of the American Prosperity Gospel" as part of UTC's LeRoy Martin Distinguished Lecture Series, in partnership with Theology on Tap of Chattanooga. As usual, we will be giving free drink vouchers to the first 100 people who attend the lecture. I hope to see you there! Here is the abstract of her talk:
