Job Summary: The Department of Religion at Bucknell
University invites applications for a one-year visiting position
(Visiting Assistant Professor) for AY 2013-2014 in the History of
Christian Thought/Traditions with competency in American Religions, to
begin in the fall 2013. Demonstrated interdisciplinary interests are
desirable.
Minimum Requirements: Ph.D. preferred, ABD will be considered
Preferred Qualifications: A doctorate in Religious Studies with a focus on the History of Christian Thought/Traditions is required. Applicants should submit a complete dossier including a letter of application, CV, evidence of teaching proficiency, and a sample of scholarship (a book chapter or journal article of no more than thirty pages), and arrange to have three letters of recommendation uploaded to www.bucknell.edu/jobs by May 19, 2013. Completed applications will be reviewed on May 20, 2013.
