Faculty Job

Job Summary: The Department of Religion at Bucknell University invites applications for a one-year visiting position (Visiting Assistant Professor) for AY 2013-2014 in the History of Christian Thought/Traditions with competency in American Religions, to begin in the fall 2013. Demonstrated interdisciplinary interests are desirable.

Minimum Requirements: Ph.D. preferred, ABD will be considered

Preferred Qualifications: A doctorate in Religious Studies with a focus on the History of Christian Thought/Traditions is required. Applicants should submit a complete dossier including a letter of application, CV, evidence of teaching proficiency, and a sample of scholarship (a book chapter or journal article of no more than thirty pages), and arrange to have three letters of recommendation uploaded to by May 19, 2013. Completed applications will be reviewed on May 20, 2013.
